How come nobody, not my parents, favourite aunt, doctor, good friend – ANYONE ever told me this???
So simple and so important for a good night’s sleep and overall good health.
Seriously – it’s a simple matter of sleeping on your left hand side. Click right here and you’ll see for yourself the logic and science of why this is so important.
After watching the video and reading the article, I realized that I had noticed the ‘left hand side’ thing. Whenever I have overeaten and wakened with some heartburn or indigestion – I was never comfortable lying on my right side.
I have always turned on my left side (after taking an antacid) and then trying to go back to sleep. (NOTE: More in a future newsletter about the antacid thing – won’t use those anymore. I have found something that is so much better and isn’t an over the counter drug with less than desirable components in the formula.)
Maybe I’m just dumb. How many of you knew about this before? Did it make sense to you, once you checked out the information?
Share your thoughts or experiences with us below. I know we can’t always be aware of our body when we sleep. However if we have this information, we can use it when we are aware and/or suffering from being uncomfortable while sleeping. I know I’m going to have to keep poking my husband in the back and getting him to roll over. Means he’ll be facing me – so I’ll have to make sure he’s not breathing down my back. LOL!!
