Are you a happy camper most days? Or do you feel stressed or anxious more days than you find acceptable? I know that in the last year or so – (perhaps it’s part of that whole menopausal thing) I’ve felt ‘bluer’ more often than I’d like.
BUT – I do believe that we need to be kinder to ourselves. We need to be realistic about our current ‘state of affairs’. Often – things are a whole lot better than we think – we just can’t see it at a particular moment.
