Last May a colleague of mine sent a video link that really caught my attention. After watching it, I began exploring this new process called “Card Therapy”, created by Mitch Newman, a relationship coach from Beverley Hills, California. Take a look at the short video below about “Card Therapy for Kids” to see what it’s all about….
A few months later, I met Mitch in person at the SendOutCards convention in Las Vegas. What a great guy!

I have been working with Mitch for the last 8 months and am proud to announce that I have completed my Certified Training as a Facilitator in Card Therapy. This is a dynamic new way to help people heal previously unresolved issues in their lives through the creation and sending of heart-centered, greeting card-style cards. In addition, the Card Therapy For Kids program supports children and their families in dealing with emotional and relationship challenges, including kids dealing with chronic and life-threatening illnesses.

I can now use this very cool logo to represent my new skills. The logo is perfect – doing this feels like you are both sending and receiving a heart filled with love inside every envelope.
If you would like to know more – send me a message. I’d love to tell you more and right now I am offering a complimentary session, and we can even do it over the phone or with Skype.
Here’s a Card Therapy “Card Tip” I want to share: – In your daily activities, look for someone that you engage and interact with, someone who extends to you a level of kindness and support. Get their address. Tell them you would like to send them something in the mail. Then send them a card letting them know how much you appreciate who they are and what they do. (Note: The most fun, fast and frugal way to do this is with SendOutCards – only 62¢ per card and the company prints, stuffs and mails the card for you!!)
If we can turn on the TV and witness all the things that are challenging in the world, we can just as easily open up our hearts to the people around us and shine a light on what makes us all great!
