I used to believe that ‘aromatherapy’ was a little ‘weird’. How could sniffing pleasant smells affect me in any way that mattered?
Well, now I know better. I read books. I took classes. I researched online. I tested the oils for myself.
Now I always carry a mini first aid kit that fits in the palm of my hand. It holds eight little vials of oils that I use regularly.
Guess what I’ve discovered? Using therapeutic grade oils saves me money. Pharmaceutical drugs and over the counter meds are way more expensive.
These oils help me, my family and friends and my pets too. I also know that these oils are good for my body and there are no harmful side effects.
I plan to share some of what I’ve discovered with you in the next little while. But first – let me pass along some great info that blew me away. It also peaked my curiosity and made me want to know more.
