Our first thought, way back in the spring when we came up with our “Kids and Kritters” idea, was that we would be doing younger children with their dog or cat or maybe a hamster.
However, we have discovered that the “kids” can be a bit older and the “kritters” have a big range in size too!
While it’s a bit more difficult to get down on the ground and cuddle a horse, that doesn’t mean that there isn’t a strong bond and relationship. Especially between a girl and her horse.
We photographed Jordana and her horse Skor this past June on a beautiful afternoon at Westar Farms.
We thought you might like to see a short video of the coffee table book we designed from her session. Adding some favourite quotes about horses and riding makes the book even that much more special.
