I love my technology. BUT – I also hate my technology. What about you?
There are times that I can feel lost without my smartphone nearby. Especially if I’ve actually LOST my phone. It can be frightening to think of losing all those details and bits of info that I’ve collected.
And yet there are those times when I feel swamped with info and want to run away screaming.
I created a mantra about this ‘tech dichotomy’. Here it is….
“Technology must be a tool you use to enhance your life. Technology must not turn you into a tool.”
Yup – technology can affect our minds – turning us into reactive robots to it’s power. It gets even worse, with it’s effects on our body. Evidence has shown it’s negative effects on our eyesight, a good night’s sleep and even cancer.
But there’s more and no doubt even more will be revealed.
Did you know that 2017 is only the tenth anniversary of the iPhone? It seems like it’s been around forever. Those ten years have revealed important info about technology induced problems for our bodies.
