Is there anyone out there who hasn’t had sleep problems? I’d love to meet you and learn your secrets.
In the meantime, many of us will succumb to poor sleep at times in our lives. I have a good friend who has suffered from insomnia for years. And it’s no joke!

Studies have been done which show poor sleep can severely affect our health. Everything from serious brain disorders to diabetes can be of concern:

Last year, I had upsetting sleep issues. It drastically changed my quality of life for about 4 months. I did my research and made changes. I’m happy to say that I’m in a good sleep place now – averaging between 7 to 8 hours a night.
