Is there anybody out there who doesn’t like music of any kind? I don’t think so. AND – that’s a good thing.
Cause I’ve just discovered that my shower singing, going to live music events and dancing to my favourite music can make me healthier and happier.

Scientific studies have shown an increase in life expectancy for people who attend live musical events. Apparently, just 20 minutes at a live gig can increase feelings of well being by 21 percent. Music reduces pain, helps with sleep, curbs the appetite and reduces depression.

It’s obvious that music can ONLY do you good. So sing your heart out – in the car, in the shower, walking in the woods or to your dog. Dance and sing – even better. Or sit quietly and listen to your favourite musician. Watch a live concert on Netflix or the television. It appears that a day without music is like a day without truly living!
