With spring finally here, the fishing season is open at the studio. Last fall, the success of Enchanted Forest Fairy Portraits and the requests from Moms of, “Don’t you have something for the boys”, got us thinking about what DO we have for boys (and tomboys too!)
The Fairy Portraits have an old-fashioned “Victorian” look so we decided to look back at classic images of childhood – and young boys in overalls with their fishing poles jumped out at us.
So, that’s what we have created here at the studio – Magic Fishing Hole Portraits. Where else can you bait your hook with a “gummy worm” and then catch a “rainbow” trout. Their imaginations take over, the expressions are priceless and the final portraits create lasting memories of childhood for years to come.
