Has your HAPPY mood taken a holiday this winter?
You’re in good company if you find your mood ranging between ‘a little blue’ to ‘darn depressed’. The long cold winter with reduced hours of daylight is often the cause of these pesky mood swings. Light therapy is often used to help with the winter doldrums.
However, there are other ways to combat this more than common complaint. The regular good health habits are all important. But I came across a short, simple article with mood lifting food tips that I’m sure will help you.
It’s not all gloom and doom on the dietary front. In fact you’ll discover that one of life’s little luxuries is actually very good for you.
