I been treating myself to a ‘happiness infection’ for the last couple of weeks! REALLY!! I’m loving every minute of it. I stumbled over three things in as many days that took me down the rabbit hole called “The Happiness Advantage”.
First I saw a feature story on CBC TV’s “The National” called “Are We Happy”. The next day I checked out Shawn Achor, the author of the book “The Happiness Advantage: The Seven Principles…” who was featured in the CBC story. Then I continued along the internet trail and discovered an amazing TED Talk video of Shawn Achor. I had a smiling good time as he spoke about the topic of HAPPINESS. I am HOOKED on this guy and his work to date! I bought his book for my eReader and have just about finished it. I plan to reread and make notes. I am a woman on a mission to spread the Happiness Infection all over the place. This work is too important to take lightly.
