Our ‘Send A Smile’ campaign is all about ‘being nice’ to someone you care about. A simple ‘random act of cardness’ takes only 5 minutes out of your day and we’ll help you make someone happy. We’ll also ‘pay for your gift’. WHY – because we want to make at least 400 people all over the world smile and connect. Here are two short ‘real life’ stories
from our ‘Send A Smile’ outings:
The very first smile that we sent was to a mother in Egypt. On a whim, a woman we met at ‘The Good Life Bistro’ said ‘YES’ to taking 5 minutes to smile and send a smile. We created the card with her and then she wrote her message and we even put a photo of she and her children, from her cell phone, right on the card. Well the card got to Egypt – no problem. The woman was most impressed and her mother was thrilled to get such a thoughtful ‘smile’ from her daughter. Mission accomplished!!
A week later Kerry Costello, a client of ours dropped by to send a card to her mother. Kerry emailed us a week or so later and this is what she had to say…..“Had to tell you…Mom got her card and loved it. She said it was the nicest card she ever got and she is keeping it with her treasured items. She usually throws cards out. THANK YOU….it was nice to brighten her week with that little surprise.”
Yeah – mission accomplished again!! Kerry also wrote us a few days ago to tell us how much she loves SendOutCards and all that it can do for her. Her latest accomplishment is to create and send unique birthday party invitations for her daughter’s third birthday. Double yeah – Kerry’s sending out even more smiles!
