Well folks – it can’t get much simpler than this terrific tip that I discovered…..
Dr. Andrew Weil is a well known American physician who has been a longtime advocate for alternative and holistic health practices. He also founded the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine in 1994. In other words – the man has tons of experience in health wellness.
I am sharing his short video so you can see him demonstrate the ‘4 – 7 – 8 yoga breathing technique’. It is SO darn simple and can be SO darn powerful that it would be crazy not to try it. Dr. Weill says that with a couple of months practice you will receive the following benefits:
1. lowering of heart rate
2. lowering of blood pressure
3. improves sleep quality
4. anti anxiety effect that is more powerful than most prescription drugs
5. improves digestion
So excuse me – I’m off to do my first round of the day. It will take me 50 seconds twice a day (can do more if you want). Do it anywhere, anytime and in any position. NOW THAT’S SIMPLE!!
