This time last year I wasn’t a happy camper!
NOT happy at all! That’s because I began to have sleeping problems. And, if you don’t sleep, you get anxious and irritable.
Thankfully, I discovered ‘Headspace’. AND I LOVE IT!!
It’s helped me sleep better and so much more. It’s simple, light-hearted and FUN. Even better – only takes 10 min a day.
I’ve just celebrated my ONE year anniversary using Headspace. I guess you’d have to say that I’m an addict! My stats show that I’ve used the program for 349 days out of the 365 days of my first year.
